Incorporated in 1988, Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Tanjong Public Ltd which has major businesses in the investment sectors and its subsidiaries which are very much in the Power Generation, Gaming and Leisure industries. Tanjong was was incorporated in 1926 in England under the name of Tanjong Tin Dredging Limited. It was in 1991 that the company changed its name to Tanjong Public Limited after the result of acquisition of Pan Malaysian Pools and the restructuring exercise.
